1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or clearance products.
2. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing may take 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds for:
Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
Shipping fees (unless the error was ours).
Final sale or discounted items.
