1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • The request is submitted within 30 days​ of delivery.

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads, personalized/custom-made items, or clearance products.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing may take 3–7 business days​ (depending on your bank).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.

  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Shipping fees (unless the error was ours).

  • Final sale or discounted items.
